Report a player

In a game, open the Gift window, choose the player, and press Report name or Report player. You can also press Block this player, so they cannot send you gifts. We do not review every report at once.

Gifts

You can switch off gifts from other players in the same window (Accept gifts from players).

My chips are gone

Your guest player lives on your device. If you delete the game or change phones, the player and its chips can be lost. Write to us with your player name and we will see what we can do. We cannot promise to restore it.

Delete my data

Write to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Kaivo data" and your player name. We will tell you what else we need to find your player. Read what we keep in the privacy policy.
