How to play
Four cards. Two peeks. One call.
- You hold four cards face down. At the start you may peek at only two of them. Remember them.
- On your turn, draw from the deck or take the top card of the discard pile.
- Swap the card into your hand, or throw it away. A power card you draw from the deck and discard does something special.
- Think your hand is the lowest? Call KAIVO! The round ends and everyone reveals. Lowest total wins.

Send a tissue to someone who just lost a round, a cake to the winner, a trophy to the champion. Gifts are only decoration on the table: they have no cash value and nobody receives chips from them.

Is Kaivo free?
Kaivo is free to download. Chips are a virtual currency inside the game. They cannot be cashed out or exchanged for anything of value.
Do I need an account?
No sign-up. The game creates a guest player on your device with a name you can change.
Can I play with strangers safely?
There is no chat. Players only see each other's names. You can block a player or report a name or behaviour from the gift window.
Which phones does it run on?
iPhone comes first. Join the list through the support page and we will tell you when it is out.
Where is my data?
Read the privacy policy. In short: a guest ID, your player name, your game results and your chip balance live on our server. There are no ads and no tracking.
